MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

Session Fee: $280 with a $50 non refundable deposit.  The balance of $230 is due at the time of session.  Cash is preferred but checks are accepted. *A photo credit of $25 (1 additional Photo) will be added to sessions paid in cash.

SESSION: This session will be a cozy winter Session. Holiday colors and props are added into our white farmhouse decor. Garland as well as wreathes are decorating the white cozy greenhouse to give beautiful winter portraits. You can dress it up with your holiday outfits, keep it more neutral or jump into your Christmas Eve pjs for holiday snuggles. **Please note the Greenhouse is made out of floor to ceiling vintage windows.  If you have little ones they must be kept close by at all times. 

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted and remain the property of Anne Marie's Photography.  Cropping or editing of photos are prohibited.  

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
