MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

Session Fee: $280 with a $50 non refundable deposit.  The balance of $230 is due at the time of session.  Cash is preferred but checks are accepted. *A photo credit of $25 (1 additional Photo) will be added to sessions paid in cash.

SESSION: This special session offers 25 minute slots, a private viewing gallery link and 5 (6 if paid in cash) images. Additional images are $25 each. This session will be held in our private greenhouse where our authentic antique carousel horse will be set up. This will be a perfect setting to create portraits of your little princess. 

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted and remain the property of Anne Marie's Photography.  Cropping or editing of photos are prohibited.  

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
