MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

Session Fee: ONLY $380 with a $50 non refundable retainer to hold your time slot.  The balance of $330 is due at the time of session.  Cash is preferred. *1 additional photo (a $25 value) will be added to all sessions paid in cash. 

SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 1hr of shooting time, viewing gallery, 3 images of your choice.

ADDITIONAL SIBLING: Sitting fee of $75 per child. You will have the option to include sibling's photos within the original 3, or purchase additional at $25 each.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather or illness, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted and remain the property of Anne Marie's Photography.  Cropping or editing of photos are prohibited.  

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
